Knit density: 22 stitches x 26 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Knitting explanation:
On the andrels no. 3 is mounted 112 (128) mesh. The stitches are closed in a circle and knit 15 rows in the following way: 1 front eye, *2 purl stitches, 2 front stitches*, repeat *-* until the last stitch, 1 front eye.

Next will knit with knitting needles no.3.5. For a smaller size of the hat will knit according to the scheme no.1, for a larger size of the hat – according to scheme no.2, repeating the report presented in the scheme of 14 (16) times along the row.
Rows 18 and 24 of Scheme No. 1 (rows 6 and 12 of scheme no.2) will knit until the last 3 stitches, which will knit as the beginning of the next row.
Rows 1-26 of the schemes are knit once, after that it is knit once more rows 3-12 of scheme no.1 (rows 3 to 24 of scheme no.2).

The top of the hat will be knitted according to scheme no. 3.
After knitting the 15 rows of the scheme no.3, the working thread is cut, leaving a longer end. The end of the thread is passed through the remaining stitches and fixed on the back side of the work.
