Size L (cranial circumference: 57-61 cm);
You will need:
1-2 hanks yarn Opposite Polo (50% wool, 50% acrylic, 200 m/100 g);
Knitting needles no. 3.5 and no. 4;
Knitwear density: 20 stitches = 10 cm.
On the knitting needles no. 3.5 cast on 132 stitches. Stitches are closed in circle and knit according to the scheme no. 1 in the following way:
Row 1: (3 purl stitches, 2 knit stitches, 2 purl stitches, 4 knit stitches, 2 purl stitches, 2 knit stitches, 3 purl stitches, 4 knit stitches) x 6.
Row 2: The stitches are knitted as presents;
Row 3: (3 purl stitches, 2 knit stitches, 2 purl stitches, (take on a helpful knitting needle 2 stitches after work, 2 knit stitches, 2 knit stitches from the helpful needle), 2 purl stitches, 2 knit stitches, 3 purl stitches, (take on a helpful knitting needle 2 stitches after work, 2 knit stitches, 2 knit stitches from the helpful needle)) x 6.
Row 4 is knit as row 2.
Rows 1-4 repeat 2 times yet, then knit rows 1 and 2 once = 14 rows in total.
Further it will knit with knitting needles no. 4 the model shown in diagram no. 2. The report consists of 22 stitches will knit by 6 times in a row. Rows 1-20 of pattern is knit twice. In the scheme are presented only the odd rows, in even rows stitches are knit as presents. The rows of the scheme shall be read and executed from right to left.
Top of the hat will knit according to scheme no. 3.
After knitting the row 19 of the scheme no. 3 on the needle will remain 18 stitches. Working thread is cut and pass it through the remaining stitches. The thread is tightened and fixed on the inside of the hat.
On the top of the hat can be fastened a tuft of fur.
The size of the hat can adjust the knitting pattern with the knitting needles thinner or thicker, or using a thinner or thicker yarn.
