You will need:
500 g Alpaca Midara yarn (40% alpaca, 40% wool, 20% acrylic, 50 g/85 m);
Knitting needles No. 7 or 8;
The jacket will be knit as a single detail from the top down. The yarn is quite thick and the patterns of knitting applied are simple. In two, three evenings of work you can achieve a modern-day codpiece and warm.
Front/Rear: Is cast on needle 96 stitches and knit 8 cm elastic 1 x 1 (1 knit stitch, 1 purl stitch). Further it will knit with lazy point (stitches will knit as knit stitches in the front and back rows), After 50 cm knitted from the first row, neckline sleeves will be done: it is knit with lazy point the first 20 stitches, close 6 stitches, it is knit with lazy point following 44 stitches, close 6 stitches, it is knit with lazy point the last 20 stitches.
Further each part will be knit separated. After 20 cm knitted of at neckline sleeves, all stitches will close.
The sleeve: Cast on knitting needle 25 stitches and knit 6 rows elastic 1 x 1. In the next row will add evenly 12 stitches (* 2 knit stitches, add 1 stitch from the thread between 2 stitches*, it's repeating *-* until end of row).
Further it will knit the pattern shown in diagram no 1.
After 44 cm knitted from the first row, all stitches will close.
Finishing: From the edge of neckline, and the inner edges of the front parts, cast on needle stitches (at every 5 stitches added from the edge add an extra stitch).
Knit 5 cm elastic 1 x 1, after that the stitches are closed freely.
Sleeves are sewn.
